Invalid Protocol Expecting 1011 got 1013 Left 4 Dead Connect to server problems

This means that your Left 4 Dead game is outdated, the game version you have is 1011 while the server you are connecting to is already 1013. You should synchronize your game versions with the server in order to connect. You have to reinstall again your Left 4 Dead game, and patch the same version with the server you are trying to connect to.
