How to enter Special Force Online PH – Gauntlet 4 Tournament
Section 1: Eligibility
You are only eligible to enter the Special Force Gauntlet 4 Tournament if you meet all of the following conditions:
- A resident of the Philippines
- Must be 16 years of age or above on the date of registration.
- Players who are proven to be below 16 years of age will be disqualified from the tournament together with his/her team.
- Those that are 16 and 17 years of age must provide us with a signed Parental Consent.
- Participants must have an existing Special Force Account.
- Team leaders must send the required documents (Scanned copy) together with their registration form upon the registration period. Team leaders should submit scanned copies of required documents for his/her team.
- Submit at least 2 documents for each participant in the list below:
- School ID/Company ID
- Barangay/NBI/Police Clearance
- Birth Certificate
- Postal ID/Driver’s License/Passport
- SSS/GSIS/TIN ID
- Parental Consent form (for team members aged 16-17)
- A player with health problems that may be affected if under pressure is NOT ALLOWED to join this tournament (e.g. Pregnant Women, Heart diseases, or any related disease or illness).
Section 2 : Registration (To enter, you must register from October 30 – November 6, 2011 by doing the following:
Email the team registration form to sftournaments@gameclub.ph with the required documents for this event.
