	Name	Description
	6th Sense	Your eagle-eyed vigilance allows you to anticipate your enemy’s sneaky tricks. Now you can attack before he knows what hit him!
	Armour	This? Well, it’s a coat of armour. The idea is to put it over your t-shirt so that it doesn’t get dirty. It also helps you resist blows.
	Bolt of Lightening	You hit faster than your shadow and bite faster than your enemy.
	Bomb	A bit like a water bomb, but it does a lot more damage!
	Cry of the Damned	Fierce beasts? Pfffff… You only need to give a shout, Roar!!… They’ll soon run for their lives!
	Deluge	Walking around carrying 100 kilos of weapons is very tiring but you have found a very clever strategy for traveling light.
	Extra-thick Skin	All the knocks you’ve taken have actually helped you develop. Your brute is now the owner of thicker and more resistant skin.
	Feline Agility	You don’t even have the ball to pass the time, but you can always thump the brute opposite you.
	Fierce Brute	Now you are really a true brute. More so than ever. You are more powerful and violent than ever in a fight.
	Hammer	A catch technique that consists of jumping with your enemy, and then falling on top of him.
	Herculean Strength	With your strength, you are capable of moving mountains! But that moment has not yet come. Right now you have enemies to destroy.
	Hypnosis	Now, pets simply adore you. Nobody can rival you. They’d follow you to the end of the world.
	Immortal	Your health has improved incredibly! You are making it really tough for your opponent to knock you out.
	Impact	Your blows are so surprising that your enemy drops his weapon. Now you can show it off to your friends! What about that? Is it cool or what?
	Implacable	When you place a blow, it’s always dead on target. No one can stop it, including your enemy.
	Martial Arts	Your Chuck Norris course has paid off. Now you can put your feet where you want, which is most likely on your opponents ugly face!
	Master of Arms	Thanks to your mastery of the knife, you’re turning into a dangerous individual, causing serious problems for your enemy.
	Net	A classic net. Not as cool as Spiderman’s, but good enough for your enemy who will be immobilized until you feel like hitting him again.
	Pugnacious	In the arena, you’re not really so ungrateful… When they strike you a blow, you give it back…. for free!
	Sabotage	Certain brutes are vandals in the street, but you prefer to vandalize your enemy! Each blow allows you to destroy one of his weapons.
	Shield	A shield. To stop the blows… sometimes.
	Survival	Your years of fighting have made you invincible. Mortal blows gain you 1 life-point instead of knocking you out.
	Strong Arm	Thanks to your huge muscular biceps, you can wield heavy weapons. You are the schwarzenegger of the mace!
	Thief	This skill allows you to discreetly steal your enemy’s weapon and use it against him.
	Tragic Potion	Haaave a little sip of this. It could make you a bit drunk. Hic… Hic… This peach juice restores some of your energy lost during the fight.
	Tornado of Blows	… and you hit hit hit, that’s just your little way of showing love. You’re a mad torrent of misunderstood love. What madnessss!
	Untouchable	You now avoid the blows easily. This is really annoying, especially for your enemy!
	Vitality	Your life expectancy has risen! Now you will be able to resist longer in the Arena!

Demigod – Our first impressions on this new, hybrid genre PC game!

Developer Gas Powered Games (Dungeon Siege) and Publisher Stardock (Sins of a Solar Empire) is looking to take on the genre popularized by the Warcraft 3 custom map, Defense of the Ancients with its newest game: Demigod. The story revolves around the disappearance of the All Father and now, the Demigods, the children of the All Father, are fighting over the throne. Combining the elements of action of both RTS and RPG genres, the player will take control of one of these demigods as they try to take down the opposing army.

There are two types of hero classes: Assassins and Generals. Assassins are the damage dealers, taking the fight with them while the Generals prefer to lead the army at a distance and provde support to the smaller units.

Generals also have the ability to summon their own minions to aid in battle. Other than that, both hero classes also have different playing styles. Assassins, which will rely mostly on point and click, are single hero units and provide the RPG element of the game while the Generals have the ability to manage the other units, which is the RTS element.

The game will be playable in both single and online multiplayer (2 – 10 players) modes. It will also feature multiple maps to fight on and a persistent upgrade system. Performing achievements in-game will give you points for use to upgrade or buy items and will not limit them for use in just one battle.
All in all, Demigod is looking to be a fresh game.

Demigod is slated for a Q1 2009 release.

Third Diablo 3 Class Confirmed

After months of waiting, Blizzard finally unveiled at Blizzcon 2008 (October 10-11) the third class that will be playable in Diablo 3 – the Wizard.

Joining the ranks of the Barbarian and the Witch Doctor, the Wizard is a rebuild of the original Diablos’ sorceress. In addition to being able to cast fire, frost and lightning spells (there’s no news whether they will still have that damn Frozen Orb), they can now control time. How cool is that, eh? They also seem to be able to cast spells of arcane nature such as magic missile.

Assuming that since Barbarians are now playable as females, players can now also play male versions of the wizard, as opposed to the old version’s female-only sorcerer. Although you have to admit, the sorceress was quite hot (or cool? Get it? Never mind.).

A gameplay trailer can be found on Blizzard’s Diablo 3 site. Comments on this class by other players range from average to poor – I myself don’t see a big difference from a wizard and a sorceress. Although having a new arsenal of spells under your disposal is pretty nifty, the wizard still lacks major changes for it to be called a new class. Let’s just hope that, for our sake and theirs, Blizzard will get the creative juices running (or flowing) before they begin work on another new class.

As of now, there is no news about the fourth class, or about Diablo 3′s release date, although many believe Blizzard’s target date to be the fourth quarter of 2009.
